The Opportunity
The Senior Marketing Manager is a growth driver for priority markets, with real ownership and accountability to shape what we do. You will set direction, build plans and lead execution of integrated marketing that builds visibility, creates demand and delivers measurable business outcomes. This role strategically establishes and scales programs across the marketing mix, delegates and oversees work across internal teams and partners and ensures high-quality, on-time delivery from idea through optimization.
We are an innovative company in growth and transformation mode, and this role sits at the center of that momentum. In partnership with cross-functional teams, you will help set strategic direction, prioritize what matters and translate business goals into market-ready integrated plans. You will serve as a primary resource and key point of contact for other teams, influence management and executive leaders with clear recommendations and create and communicate change—leading change management that improves adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working. The role may have direct supervisory responsibilities and may identify, scope, budget and oversee agency/vendor work, including participation in (and at times leading) selection processes.
What You'll Do
Role Ownership and Execution
- Strategize, establish and own assigned integrated marketing programs and campaigns end-to-end—from discovery through launch and optimization (goals, audiences, messaging, channels, budgets, timelines, deliverables and results)
- Lead execution of multi-channel campaigns that support awareness, demand generation, client engagement and growth priorities; delegate effectively and oversee delivery across teams and partners
- Set direction on priorities and sequencing (in partnership with the Associate Director) and maintain integrated campaign calendars and workflows, ensuring dependencies, approvals and handoffs are clear and on time
- Influence, communicate and educate cross-functional partners on campaign strategy, processes, tools and best practices to improve clarity and adoption
- Delegate work appropriately, set clear expectations, oversee execution and hold yourself and others accountable for quality, timeliness and outcomes
- Track progress and performance against plan, recommend adjustments and communicate status, risks and outcomes to stakeholders, including management and executive audiences
Strategic Direction and Alignment
- Set strategic direction with the Associate Director for priority markets, aligned to business strategy, client needs and financial impact
- Influence, communicate and educate stakeholders on strategic direction; lead prioritization and execution by translating strategy into programs that drive adoption and action
- Build integrated marketing plans in accordance with growth goals; advocate for the marketing plans across the organization
Integrated Planning
- Partner to create integrated growth plans that scale what works across the organization
- Make our story clear, consistent and compelling in every market
Measurement, KPI and ROI Accountability
- Serve as a business advocate: build plans with financial impact in mind and create high-level ROI analysis to support smart investment decisions; educate others on the tradeoffs and impacts
- Define and track KPIs, report results, and remain accountable for outcomes—turning insights into optimization plans and fast adjustments
Innovation, Growth and Continuous Improvement
- Spot white space opportunities and build innovative solutions that unlock growth
- Plan for and build strategy to gain efficiencies and scale through optimization plans, process improvements, better tools and shared best practices
- Benchmark, seek examples, and identify internal and external partners to implement process improvements and scale what works
- Bring ideas from within or outside the organization, test quickly and scale what delivers results
Leadership, Collaboration and Team Support
- Act as a primary resource and key point of contact for other teams; influence management and executive teams with clear recommendations and stakeholder-ready communication
- Lead change management that accelerates adoption of new tools, new processes and new ways of working
- Identify agency/vendor opportunities and partners; scope and oversee work (including budget) and participate in, and at times lead, selection processes
- Lead a team through coaching, delegation and performance development
