  • Participate in concept development sessions and provide creative recommendations.

Quality & File Management

  • Manage and maintain organized digital asset libraries.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and quality across all produced materials.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs accordingly.

  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Experience supporting corporate communications, marketing or brand teams.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing.
  • Comfort working with U.S.-based teams; strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, feedback-rich environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to propose and implement new ideas.
  • Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player who can work effectively across departments and time zones, with comfort and proficiency partnering with remote internal clients.
  • Flexible, resourceful and eager to grow in a global, fast-moving organization.
