Job overview and responsibilities

Senior Analyst – Technical Services plays a key role in managing and reporting job orders, reviewing audits, and ensuring adherence to Tech OPS safety standards. This role demands strong analytical thinking, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills to support both India and US-based operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for process improvement, data analytics, and aviation engineering excellence.

• Create, manage, and maintain data bases for aircraft damage, cost calculations, quality escapes, Safety Risk matrix
• Maintain and enhance the Tech OPS Safety Standard design and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Analyze operational data and develop/maintain charts, tables, and dashboards to support data visualization and transformation, ensuring high data accuracy and availability.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leadership teams in both the US and India, including preparing and delivering presentations and performance updates.
• Plan, prioritize, allocate resources, and report project status to ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement through solution development, project justification, cost/benefit analysis, and implementation management.
• Organize and manage priorities efficiently to meet business goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E.) in Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in engineering or technical services, preferably in aviation or aerospace operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be able to undergo a full background and criminal record check as per company policy.

• Proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel for analytical reporting and performance tracking.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• AME Certification (Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer).
• Working knowledge of Aircraft Configuration and related systems.
• Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams across regions.
