Key Responsibilities

The Associate Analyst – Aircraft Tooling is responsible for performing data analysis required to support the strategic and tactical groups of the organization. This role will require technical skillset to prepare, summarize and interpret large data sets, and present key insights that support tooling operations. This will include preparing presentation for different audiences. They will help maintain dashboards and reports of key performance indicators (KPIs), and support leadership in driving data-driven continuous improvement efforts across the group.

  • Utilizes technical skillset to identify and combine relevant datasets to analyze and summarize findings in support of tooling projects
  • Prepare effective presentations for various audiences including frontline and senior leadership to provide updates or communicate project and analysis findings
  • Assist leaders on continuous improvement efforts to further streamline tooling-related processes including creation of process maps, SOPs and related-KPIs
  • Supports development of critical metrics, dashboards and reports, and identifies key insights that will drive decision-making to improve operational and financial performance
  • Conducts ad-hoc analyses and other small projects to support tooling planning and calibration groups

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering
  • Data analysis and visualization software (Foundry, Tableau, Spotfire or similar); SQL; highly proficient in Excel; Python (or other programming language)
  • Strong exposure to Supply Chain and/or Data Analytics
  • Very strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of forecasting, data structures, relationships, and efficient transformations
  • Knowledge and application of data visualization best practices
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Master's degree
  • 2+Years of experience in Supply Chain or Data Analytics

  • 2+ Years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance
  • Familiarity with aircraft tooling including procurement, calibration and planning aspects
  • Understanding of supply chain principles based on warehousing and inventorying practices
  • Exposure to AI principles in real-world applications

The base pay range for this role is $52,725.00 to $68,632.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
