Description

The Senior Developer, IT will be responsible for the development of Loyalty critical applications. This role will need to have full stack expertise on technical development in Loyalty technologies including API development and integration, database & AWS cloud-based services.

· Lead development, execution, and delivery of artifacts/code for Loyalty applications.

· Collaborate with technology leads/developers, business SMEs, UX designers, and technology stakeholders to define technical deliveries

· Drive integration of Loyalty services and UIs with back-end systems, APIs and analytics platforms

· Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies, conducting sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

· Lead integrations between internal platforms, external systems, and cloud services.

· Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and product teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

· Lead unit and integration testing and assist QA teams with end-to-end testing.

· Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in API development and integration.

· Highlight and document risks, issues, blockers and dependencies; discuss with team project manager on regular basis

· Coordinate with on prem DevOps team, as well as Cloud infrastructure teams (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure scalable, secure, and high- performance deployments.

· Track delivery milestones and interdependencies across multiple teams.

· Oversee vendor relationships and third-party integrations when applicable.

· Support and guide the team in removing blockers, maintaining momentum, and ensuring quality

· Solid technical understanding of on prem application installations, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, CI/CD, web technologies, and DevOps practices

· Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.

· Experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

· Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation abilities.

· Knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, and OAuth

· Experience with language: Node.js, Angular, .NET, Python

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines/DevOps and version control tools like Git.

· Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS) in cloud and solutions

Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or relevant field

· 4+ years of experience in design, development, documenting, testing, and debugging of new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use in an agile environment

· AWS Cloud certification related to architecture and development SAFe Agile

· 3+ years’ experience implementing AWS technologies (Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, CloudFront, Cognito, route53 Dynamo DB, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway)

· Experience with Cloud Automation Development Tool such as Git, Python/Bash/PowerShell Scripting

· Java, REST API, Oracle SQL,

· AWS - ECS, EKS, S3, Lambdas, Aurora PostGres, Kubernetes

· Chef/Ansible Configuration Tools

· Experience in the implementation of design and architectural processes in an Enterprise Agile environment spanning multiple geographic locations

· Experience in Web services. In-depth development experience with at least one other modern OO language such as: Java, .NET, Python, Go, Web Services, Web APIs, Microservices, Web-Sockets

· Solid experience with SQL

Preferred Qualifications

· Kong, Copilot

· Working knowledge of APPD and/or Dynatrace,

· Devops experience


The base pay range for this role is $109,820.00 to $142,936.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
