Job overview and responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytic, reporting and data visualization tools to improve efficiency and dependability of transaction management, including dashboards, alerting, user interface and workflow collaboration
- Support team on ad-hoc and scheduled request related to analytics, and reporting, timely delivery of reports, analysis.
- Create Data visualization dashboards, and provide insights to team on any process improvement, gaps or assist in identifying root cause.
- Partner with stakeholders on data related issues and assist in driving improvements across supplier performance and supply chain.
- Manage Direct ship vendors, b2b/Aeroxchange, etc. and work with Digital technology team to support and improve supplier performance tools.
- Lead, Manage and maintain end to end process improvement projects to improve metrics related to repair management, supply chain, tech-ops and engineering.
- Support team in administering routine repairs orders for aircraft components in support of mainline aircraft maintenance, including repair order release and invoice payment by creating various automation and analytics tool.
- Create and maintain tools for continuously monitoring supplier performance with respect to contractual metrics including turn-time, quality and cost
- Maintains current knowledge of applicable regulations and policies governing aircraft component repairs
- Perform computer transactions to release and manage repair orders at third-party facilities
- Monitor and assist in supplier adherence to contractual pricing through price quote and work scope management
- Support warranty and remedy claims for repair orders

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ year experience in supplier management, operational management, or data analytics
- Aircraft maintenance practices and regulatory requirements
- Advanced MS Office, e.g. Excel, VBA, Powerpoint
- SQL, Power BI/Data visualization tools, Foundry Palantir
- Advanced data analysis and spreadsheet skills
- Basic task-management skills
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Aviation-related bachelor’s or master’s degree
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
- Aviation supplier management or supply chain analytics experience
- Practical experience managing aircraft component repairs
- Advanced MS Office, e.g., VBA
- SCEPTRE
- Modern programming language, e.g. Python, Java
- PMP or CPSM or Six Sigma
- Basic knowledge of Procurement processes (RFx)
