Job overview and responsibilities
The Associate Data Analyst – Communications Performance – is responsible for supporting and maintaining the effective management, analysis, and visualization of performance data for our internal communication programs & digital products, across various channels, including intranet, email, employee information display screens, and push notifications, as well as diverse content types such as written and video formats. This role requires a foundational understanding of big data and data models, with proficiency in SQL for efficient querying and data manipulation to ensure data accuracy and usability. Additionally, the analyst will be proficient in executing basic descriptive analytics approaches and calculations to help in identify trends, patterns, and correlations which result in actionable insights.
- Data Management & Transformation:
- Use databases, tables (from multiple sources) and data warehouses to store data securely and efficiently
- Gather, join, query, export and validate data from various sources, ensuring that the data is accurate and complete
- Structure and categorize data and queries to make it easily accessible and scalable for future use
- Regularly check data for errors or inconsistencies and implement new processes and documentation to ensure data integrity
- Compile, monitor and maintain reports for campaign performance results & digital product/UX research
- Data Analysis & Visualization:
- Using a variety of analytical approaches (e.g., correlation analysis, trend series analysis, etc.) and tools, support data analysis and insights for communications performance and digital product/UX use cases
- Using Power BI, excel or other tools, support data visualization for business stakeholders to communicate findings effectively and in an easily digestible way
- Business intelligence: support deriving key insights & actionable findings from data to help tell a narrative to our stakeholders

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Marketing) or relevant related work experience
- 1+ years of related experience in a data analyst like role
- Experienced in SQL
- Foundational knowledge of databases, data models, and data relationships
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel; SQL, Power BI, or similar)

Ability to multi-task and balance tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Self starter, quick learner
- Great communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
