Job Overview & Responsibilities
The Data Analyst – AI partners with business and technology leaders across the organization to design and deploy AI and ML-powered solutions that support and automate business processes. The team collaborates closely with other Digital Technology teams to drive incremental revenue, enhance customer engagement, and improve operational efficiency using state-of-the-art analytical techniques.

Job overview and responsibilities

• Deliver data analytics projects that inform customer strategy, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and cost optimization
• Support ad-hoc analysis, decision support initiatives, and scenario modeling
• Extract, clean, and organize data from multiple sources using SQL and Python
• Design, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards; own reporting structures and key metrics, effectively communicating insights using visualization tools such as Power BI
• Develop descriptive and predictive models using Python and SQL
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Aviation, or a related STEM field
• 2–5 years of full-time experience in analytics, data science, or a related analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, or similar platforms)
• Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook or similar Python-based development environments
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required
• Legally authorized to work in India without employer sponsorship

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience building and deploying APIs leveraging AWS Bedrock and open-source models including model integration, prompt engineering, and production deployment best practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
