Job overview and responsibilities

• Assist in ad-hoc decision support, analytics projects, and scenario analyses. We are seeking creative, driven and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy tackling tough problems with data and insights.
• As an Associate Analyst, you will complete work extensively with Python, PowerBI and SQL to design analytical solutions, automate workflows, and maintain data quality
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to identify and prioritize high-impact descriptive and predictive use cases across digital journeys
• Collaborate with cloud data engineering teams (AWS Redshift, Databricks) to support model deployment and contribute to scalable data solutions.

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Qualifications

What you’ll need to succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, etc.)

• 1–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Machine Learning

• Strong skills in SQL and Python/R (with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with Jupyter or similar tools

• Solid understanding of data analysis, statistics, and machine learning techniques (regression, classification, clustering, model evaluation)

• Experience with data processing, large datasets, and building automated dashboards/reports using tools like Power BI

• Familiarity with AWS (S3, EC2) is a plus

• Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in India

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, or personal projects in ML/AI
• Exposure to deep learning, NLP, or computer vision use cases
• Experience working with Generative AI tools or building simple LLM-based applications
• Familiarity with deploying basic models (e.g., APIs, notebooks, or batch pipelines)
• Exposure to AWS ML tools (e.g., SageMaker basics)
