Job overview and responsibilities
The Associate Business Analyst – Gen AI Product will provide project coordination support and maintain the organization of a fast-paced product team. They will support in maintaining and articulating the underlying needs of the business and the project vision to the development team. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager – Gen AI, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical problem solver who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Project Coordination: Support execution of cross-functional initiatives by tracking milestones and deliverables. Assist in coordinating meetings and follow-ups across teams. Help identify process gaps and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Develop presentations and materials for leadership meetings. Maintain organized project files and tracking documents.
- Data & Analysis Support: Assist in building recurring reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics. Gather, clean, and analyze data to support team initiatives. Identify trends and summarize findings in clear, concise formats.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Partner with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial, IT, etc.) to collect information and clarify requirements. Works with stakeholders to support development of functional business requirements and project needs using standard templates, process flow maps (from/to) to outline proposed solution flow and critical business needs
- Team Support & Logistics: Document business requirements, meeting notes, and action items. Facilitates backlog refinement sessions. Manage the ongoing tasks and assist in removal or escalation of roadblocks and dependencies.
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of Agile/Scrum experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Skills in critical thinking and asking detailed questions
- Ability to navigate complex questions and problems
- Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders verbally and in writing
- Ability to be self-motivated to continually learn and develop technical and soft skills
- Ability to manage multi-step tasks and keep track of timelines
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with Gen AI and articulation of use cases
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (i.e.: Jira, Confluence, Miro)
- Knowledge of gathering and writing business requirements.

The base pay range for this role is $59,375.00 to $77,374.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
