Job overview and responsibilities
The Technical Operations Analytics team transforms operational and maintenance data into actionable insights that support business and operational decision-making across Technical Operations. The team partners closely with operational leaders and business stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve aircraft reliability, maintenance execution, labor productivity, planning efficiency, and overall operational performance. Through analytics, modeling, reporting, and visualization, the team supports data-driven decision-making across maintenance planning, supply chain, engineering, and maintenance operations.
Partner with Technical Operations leaders and stakeholders to identify operational and efficiency opportunities through analysis of operational, maintenance, and financial data. Apply statistical analysis and business knowledge to uncover trends, root causes, and actionable insights that improve operational and financial performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, forecasting tools, and analytical models that support operational decision-making across maintenance planning, supply chain, engineering, and maintenance execution.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and recommendations that improve operational reliability, labor productivity, resource planning, and overall Technical Operations performance.
Prepare and deliver presentations, visualizations, and analyses to leaders and stakeholders, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights
Support continuous improvement efforts through automation, process enhancements, and standardization of reporting and analytical processes
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree
Quantitative fields like Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering
1 year of analytical or airline experience
Intellectual curiosity for working with data
Transform/model/analyze data using SQL / Python
Visualize data meaningfully to tell a story
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

Work autonomously to learn from subject matter experts, identify gaps in data, and generate quantitative solutions to problems
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior airline experience or knowledge preferred; 1 year of experience using PowerBI, Palantir Foundry, or Databricks
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfort with ambiguity
Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools
The base pay range for this role is $73,150.00 to $95,224.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
