Description
Are you curious about how premium products are developed, positioned, and brought to market? As a Sales Product Intern, you will play a meaningful role supporting high-visibility product initiatives within Worldwide Sales. This internship offers the opportunity to work on strategic projects that influence product adoption, sales enablement, customer experiences, and business operations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Premium Services, Contact Centers, Digital Technology, Brand, and Creative Services to help drive product education, operational improvements, customer insights, and business intelligence initiatives. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on product management experience while developing relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Product Intern, you may support projects in the following areas:
Product Strategy & Sales Enablement
- Support product positioning initiatives and sales education programs.
- Identify knowledge gaps and help develop training materials, informational sessions, and resources for sales teams.
- Organize, standardize, and improve product collateral and documentation.
- Analyze traveler and account data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Executive Circle Program Support
- Assist with annual gift strategy, design coordination, project management, and program execution.
- Research and evaluate potential enhancements to Executive Circle benefits.
- Gather and analyze relevant data to support recommendations and business cases.
- Help communicate and position new program benefits to internal stakeholders.
Business Intelligence & Process Improvement
- Support business intelligence (BI) automation initiatives and reporting enhancements.
- Assist with data migration, dashboard development, and reporting process improvements.
- Help identify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and technology solutions.
Process Documentation & Operational Excellence
- Analyze existing workflows and document key business processes.
- Create process guides, playbooks, and operational documentation.
- Recommend improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and customer experience.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Rising Junior, Rising Senior, Graduate Student, or Recent Graduate.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to take ownership of projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience translating complex information into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
- Experience synthesizing data and insights for leadership audiences.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, with the ability to apply them thoughtfully while maintaining critical thinking and creativity.
- Demonstrated understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and the ability to leverage AI effectively to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving. Applies critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to organizational policies related to responsible AI use, data privacy, and security.

The starting rate for this role is $20.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This position may also be eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
