Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as Associate Director of Medical Clinical Operations overseeing team of Business and Reporting Analysts
• Provide leadership to and be accountable for performance and results through multiple layers of management and professional staff
• Develop, translate and execute strategies or functional/operational objectives for a major portion of a business segment functional area
• Manage and administer Aerial application through app vendor and/or internal customer(s)
• Own all ongoing operational metrics, clinical outcomes, accreditation compliance and financial commitments
• Consult with senior leadership and healthcare consultants to identify innovative strategies and tactics for operational excellence
• Develop action plans, monitor progress against plans, identify and prevent service quality issues
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to client-specific requirements
• Lead and develop people, bringing in the right talent, fostering teamwork, inter-departmental collaboration, and employee engagement

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of team leadership/management and development within a healthcare organization
• 5+ years of experience within operational reporting and analytics
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and innovation
• Skilled in successful execution of operational deliverables, developing action plans to accomplish goals and providing ongoing updates on progress
• Excellent communication, presentation and client facing skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve operational problems that directly impact client satisfaction and / or clinical outcomes
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare related field
• Knowledge of UMR and/or UMR Care
• Experience working with a vendor application or a team that does work for Operational teams
• Technical background and/or experience with coding
