Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and develop reusable Microservice capabilities that meet customer requirements while upholding high standards of reliability, security, maintainability, and performance
• Perform software quality assurance, including integrated automated testing
• Build in monitoring instrumentation into applications
• Continually monitor industry developments in data developments tools, and products used in the continuous delivery model
• Lead solving complex problems and/or conduct complex analysis
• Provide explanations and information to others on difficult issues
• Coach, provide feedback and guide others
• Identify or quantify scope and impact of business changes on systems
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Technology or Masters of Technology or Masters in Computer Application with 6+ years of experience
• Experience in deploying and supporting core and advanced features
• Java or J2EE development skills, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST, CSS, Angular, Postgres, Application Build and Deployment using Jenkins or Gradle or MAVEN, Docker, Kafka
• Basic understanding of RDBMS concepts with SQL or Postgres
• Working experience in Web Services or API, REST Architecture, GraphQL etc.
• Working experience in CI or CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)
• Working experience or good knowledge of cloud platform (e.g. Kubernetes, Azure, AWS)
• Experience or knowledge on Product or Project or Program Related Tech Stack: Front End, Back End, Middleware, Testing, DevOps, etc.
• Thorough understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science principles: object-oriented development, Microservices, SOA, data access layer management, usability, debugging, and configuration management
• Knowledge of Development Methodology or Engineering Practices – Agile (SCRUM or KANBAN)
• Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of OpenSource adoption and use cases
• Proficient in the English language
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and technical stakeholders
• Proven excellent Object-Oriented programming skills and accomplished performance with Java technologies
• Proven good analytical and self-learning skills and the desire to learn new technologies
• Proven good in oral and written communication skills
• Proven exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
• Proven confident to work independently, handle and guide the team, and self-motivated
