The Marketing Data Analyst will be an integral part of our marketing and sales teams, ensuring the integrity, cleanliness, and governance of our data within Salesforce and HubSpot. This role requires a meticulous individual who can manage data from multiple sources, ensuring it’s accurately integrated into our systems for effective sales and marketing operations. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive reports and dashboards in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau to illustrate marketing attribution, influence, and lead generation efforts
Primary Responsibilities:
- Data Management and Governance: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and governance of marketing and sales data within Salesforce and HubSpot. Implement and maintain data collection and integration processes from various sources, ensuring clean and governed data flows into our systems
- Reporting and Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau to track marketing performance, attribution, influence on sales, and lead generation activities. Provide actionable insights to marketing and sales teams to drive strategy and performance
- Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use data to inform and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms. Assist in the integration of marketing tools with Salesforce and HubSpot to streamline data management and reporting
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and refine data management practices, reporting templates, and dashboard designs to meet evolving business needs. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and marketing technology
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
- 3 – 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in data analytics, preferably within a marketing/sales environment in the B2B healthcare technology sector
- Proven experience in a data loader tool, i.e. Cloudingo or others
- Solid proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau
- Proven excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of data governance practices and data quality management
- Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
