Individual will be responsible for developing Optum’s OMNIChannel Automation capabilities. Responsibilities include developing strong methods, patterns for automating our application suite for on-premise and cloud solutions. Role will also require mentoring and developing automation skills across the team to mature practices and approaches to automation across a large number of services.

• Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience.
  -5 to 10 years automation development experience
  -Experience with automation tools, including Ansible, Terraform, and Chef and strong experience on Python
  -Experience mentoring and developing others in Automation development
  -Knowledge and experience with voice systems and protocols
