Primary Responsibilities:

This is Full-stack DevOPS (covering both Development & system operations) position

  • Including data modelling/database, middleware, frontend UI, web-services, and deployment, with Solid Communication skills
  • Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Drive the design and development of scalable and reliable financial applications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with the project stakeholders to understand the project requirements and objectives/ key goals
  • Deploy the solutions to the production environment and ensure that it is stable and performant and Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in web development technologies
  • Works as a DevOps Engineer with responsibilities include development, deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs
  • Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with business and technical needs
  • Keep solutions updated to reflect evolving requirements and advancements, particularly in Microsoft technologies
  • Maintain focus on project goals and strategic alignment, with a focus on Microsoft technologies
  • Lead and contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate new technologies, especially within the Microsoft technology stack, , Open Sources tools, AI practices
  • Take direction from the Enterprise Architect and PO to align solutions with enterprise strategy and goals
  • Participate in production support activities and trouble shooting
  • Write user stories and technical specifications to guide development
  • Create comprehensive solution designs aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Assist with the implementation plan and testing strategy
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • 14 – 18 years of proven experience in creating and maintaining solution architectures, especially using C#, .NET, ASP.Net. VB.Net. PL / Sql Server, T-SQL, and Azure, React JS, Graph QL, DDD, Micro Services, Even Driven Arch, SOAP/ REST API
  • Hands-on experience in developing Cloud-based applications, HCP, AZURE/GCP/ AWS
  • Experience in DevOps methodologies, Jenkins, Docker, CI/CD, K8s, Hemp Chart, Kiali, GitHub
  • Experience consuming/building production-ready, RESTful web applications, Batch Processes
  • Experience using test frameworks and building well tested code
  • Experience working in an agile software development environment
  • Experience with observability solutions and platforms including, but not limited to, Splunk, DataDog, Grafana
  • Proficiency with .Net, C#, VB.Net, and the integration of 3rd party APIs, SQL databases
  • Hands-on in designing software solutions & architecture and in using design patterns & design principles
  • Familiarity with modern-day IT management concepts, including strategic planning, enterprise architecture, and cloud computing
  • Proven deep understanding of web security standards
  • Proven solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global team with a positive team spirit
  • Proven ability to do application build and deployment
