We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java Full Stack development to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both front-end and back-end development, a passion for technology, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java and related technologies
- Front-End Development: Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Angular or React
- Back-End Development: Develop server-side logic, APIs, and services using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot
- Database Management: Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Project Management: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to improve our products and processes
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on Java technologies
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
- Solid front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
- Proven excellent problem-solving abilities, solid communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualification:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
