Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly activities for business operations
  • Job functions include
    • Workforce metrics analysis
    • Publishing workforce reports
    • Support for contractor and FTE hiring needs
    • Maintain org hygiene as defined
    • Manage and track end to end lifecycle of workforce within ORX
    • Support demand/ capacity planning and new demand intake
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing workforce business operations
  • Experience in creating and reporting executive reports for workforce management work track
  • Proficient in MSFT Word/XLS/power point
  • Proven good oral and written communication skills
  • Proven good with project coordination people relationships and follow through of assigned tasks
  • Proven to work independently with minimal supervision to deliver assigned work tasks
