Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.

These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. This also includes evaluating new tools, new techniques, strategies; Automation of common tasks; build of common utilities to drive organizational efficiency with a passion around technology and solutions and influence of thought and leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways. Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of individual contributors
• The candidate should have good analytical and self-learning skills and desire to learn new technologies
• Bring innovative ideas to help continuously improve the application portfolio including the design, build, deploy, test and runtime within cloud ecosystems
• Contribute to Design, Development, Unit Testing, System Testing and Test Automation activities
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that may arise in a complex platform
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Work with geographically distributed Agile teams
• Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Solid Java, J2EE development experience
• Hands on experience with SQL Procedures & Packages, SQL Queries, Cursors and Optimization Techniques
• CICD, Security & Vulnerabilities: Maven, Jenkins & Service Now API integration for auto deployments, Stargate, Fortify, Sonar and Twistlock
• Solid technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices on configuration management and code refactoring.
• Understanding of End to end process of Business Objectives & Configuring ORMB on a System
• In depth knowledge of major technical modules of ORMB, majorly of MO & BO, Algorithms, Maps & Zones, Business Services & Service Scripts, Batch
• Processing, and XAI & Web services configured in ORMB
• Able to comprehend the requirement & as per the need create or modify components in ORMB
• Proven well versed with various modules of ORMB, Correlation between them, Navigation in the tool, Knowledge of Batch Jobs required for Billing & there configuration
• Health care domain knowledge
• Thorough knowledge of ORMB Database – Knowledge of relationship between various tables, Requirement/Use of those tables, Keys associated with important tables
• Good understanding of SCRUM and best practices
• Proven good in oral & written communication skills. Exposure to healthcare domain is plus
