We are looking for a Digital Analytics consultant to work within our Analytics Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a portfolio of clients to assist in: defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with client marketing and business objectives; producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross channel performance reports with actionable insight. The role will also involve aim of improving efficiency in clients’ digital marketing strategies and increasing ROI. The successful candidate will not necessarily come from a pure web analytics background but an excellent, in-depth level of knowledge in digital marketing, along with experience in strategic and analytical management of digital campaigns is essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilize Adobe Analytics and Adobe Workspace to set up and maintain tracking configurations for websites and digital media platforms, ensuring accurate data collection
- Generate and maintain regular reports and interactive dashboards using Adobe Analytics Workspace to visualize and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics
- Dive deep into Adobe Analytics data to identify trends, user behavior patterns, and conversion paths, revealing hidden insights that drive optimization strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, UX/UI, and development teams to understand business goals and translate them into data-driven, insights into actionable strategies
- Craft compelling stories around data. Findings, transforming complex data sets into clear, understandable narratives that inspire strategic decision-making
- Develop and deliver presentations that combine data visualizations, insights, and storytelling to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously monitor data quality and proactively troubleshoot tracking issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analytics data
- Regular interaction with stakeholders to understand the new requirements
- Product/business/support monitoring and analyzing the performances
- Generate insights and recommendation based on trends observed in the data, tie back to the business initiatives and update business owners
- Use BI tools to showcase and evaluate the relationships between data fields and outcomes
- Produce tactical analysis and implications/recommendations in line with business expectations
- Managing team objective tied to KPI/KRA
- Creating measurement strategy and able to translate business requirements into advanced technical solutions to continually optimize measure and improve outcomes

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics
- High level experience in data analysis techniques
- Experience in working with a Marketing/Business intelligence environment
- Experience in working with website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics Workspace) to create impactful dashboards and visual representations of data
- Proven effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to executive level presentations
- Proven solid analytical mindset with the ability to uncover actionable insights and translate them into data-driven strategies
- Proven exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey data findings and insights effectively to various stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving skills to identify tracking issues, data anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as Adobe Analytics certifications or related data analytics certifications
- Knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform along with visualization capabilities in Power BI
- Proven to be enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Proven to be meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
- Proven to be innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Proven to be credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority
