We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team and provide critical support for our Workday application with a focus on Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between IT, supply chain, and business stakeholders, ensuring that Workday configurations align with business processes, user needs, and healthcare-specific compliance standards.
The Healthcare Business Analyst will play a key role in process improvement, troubleshooting, and ensuring that all supply chain operations in Workday run smoothly, optimizing procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Workday Support: Provide functional expertise for the Workday application, focusing on supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory management, logistics, vendor management, and expense control
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing healthcare supply chain processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement, ensuring alignment and best practices and regulatory requirements
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for the Workday application
- System Configuration: Assisting in configuring, testing, and maintaining Workday Supply Chain modules to meet the needs of end-users in the healthcare environment
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide actionable insights by analyzing data from Workday and generating reports related to supply chain metrics, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, vendor performance, and procurement costs
- Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide end-user support to ensure successful adoption of system update and processes
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure Workday’s integration with other enterprise systems supports seamless financial and operational workflows
- Project Management: Participate in and sometimes lead projects related to the implementation of Workday enhancements, supply chain process improvement, and system upgrades
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all Workday configurations and processes meet healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA and other federal/state requirements
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues related to Workday’s supply chain modules, collaborating with vendors or consultants as needed

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, specifically in Supply Chain Management modules (procurement, inventory, logistics, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain processes & industry regulations
- 2+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft office
- 18 years or older
- Ability to work nighttime hours on call as needed on a rotational basis (approximately one week, every 14 weeks), critical tickets only
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration
- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, vendor management, and supply chain automation technologies
- ITIL certification
Soft Skills:
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on supply chain optimization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working on cross-functional teams and managing relationships with key stakeholders in IT, supply chain, and healthcare operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
