Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain batch or real-time data pipelines
  • Develop ETL (extract, transform, load) processes to help extract and manipulate data from multiple sources
  • Design and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for data retrieval and manipulation
  • Build, maintain, and deploy data pipeline for seamless data requirement on cloud platform
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SQL and SSIS processes
  • Collaborate with SMEs and BSAs to gather requirements and understand data integration needs
  • Perform data analysis and develop data models to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Optimize SQL queries and database performance to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database and data integration issues
  • Monitor and maintain data quality and data governance standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in SQL development and data integration
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience as a Microsoft T-SQL/SSIS Developer or similar role
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS
  • Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data migration
  • Solid proficiency in SQL programming, including complex query development, stored procedures, and performance optimization
  • Solid proficiency in object-oriented languages: C#, Python, Scala
  • Solid understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and data integration
  • Good understanding of big data distributed processing tools Databricks, Kafka, Airflow
  • Proven good Team player, change or innovation agents and self-starter on different techs
  • Proven ready to take up any technical challenges and should be research oriented
