Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute on the Product vision to create and amange the roadmap
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within budget
  • Engage appropriate cross-team members to ensure dependencies are aligned
  • Leverages market insights and emerging technology developments and trends to understand market/customer needs, as well as identify new opportunities or make adjustments to current product offerings
  • Balances deep subject matter expertise with knowledge of business use cases and solid technical aptitude
  • Accountable for delivering product performance in alignment with expectations, and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position and produce optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs
  • Accountable for any playbooks / product fact sheets that will need to be created to market usecases to additional consumers
  • Must be able to demo a technical data product and liase with the architecture, engineering and business partner to ensure business needs are appropriately understood, and transposed to the product teams
  • Serve as the product champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business(es)
  • Lead and manage a team of technical product managers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of growth and learning within the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the product
  • Leverage solid relationships with customers and key stakeholders, gathering feedback and incorporating it into the product roadmap
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM programs, or a related field with specific experience in product management and Agile principles
  • Experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches, with minimum of 10+ years of experience in product management
  • Experience on Healthcare Electronic Medical Records, clinical data, HL7 / FHIR standards
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Solid technical background, with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Possess an in-depth understanding of lean product management best practices and frameworks
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Rally and Aha
  • Proven excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proven solid business acumen, with the ability to align product strategy with overall business goals
  • Proven solid customer focus, with the ability to gather and understand customer needs
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in Healthcare domain and specifically Provider, Value Based Care and Ambulatory care
