Primary Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to nurture and maintain relationships by answering and resolving a wide variety of face-to-face and telephone inquiries
  • Providing a great experience to our guests, community partners and vendors
  • Scheduling and maintaining multiple calendars
  • Provide administrative support to community Center including RSVP management, copying, emailing, greeting, registering, and assisting guests
  • Run and analyze reports
  • Coordinate Community Center supplies and inventory control.
  • Positive presence in our facility by engaging with guests to provide a warm welcoming environment to ensure guests are registered. manage appropriate occupancy levels, and expected guest behavior
  • Assisting with deliveries and always ensuring a clean facility.
  • May create, host, and lead Community Center class offerings
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • CPR/AED Certified – or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • 1+ years of experience in a very busy customer service-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills



The hourly range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
