Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving P1/P2 War-Room (Network Outage Resolution)
• Work with Project Management / Design Teams to translate initial scope into actionable items
• Support Escalations/Critical Incidents/Changes over the on-call week
• Coach and mentor other engineers on best practices
• Provide forward thinking and be agile in adopting new technologies to meet evolving business requirements
• Define, document and adhere to technical and operational standards
• Maintain detailed technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Method of Procedures, Run Books)

Required Qualifications:

• Experience to deal with ISP / Onsite Customer with good communication skills set
• Extensive troubleshooting skills Datacenter & Enterprise Network
• Proven excellent conceptual & hands on Experience on Routing / Switching Protocol
• Excellent knowledge of high-end Switches/ Nexus / Router hardware parts
• Knowledge on Enterprise/Datacenter Infrastructure like Flexpod/VBLOCK Model & Process, Tools like ITILV3, Rally-Agile, HPNA, NNMI, BCI
• Good understanding on Monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Nnmi, Splunk, Openview etc.
• Excellent hands-on experience on LAN/ WAN Enterprise Network/ Datacenter Operation & intelligence on Incident management
• Open for 24*7*365 Flexible shift

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in using Riverbed Packet Capture
• Cisco Certification, CCNP or higher
• Knowledge in Network Security & Palo Alto
• Datacenter infrastructure / Virtualization Knowledge
