We are looking for a Solid Lead Infrastructure Engineer setup and management of the Care Management infrastructure. This role will be to solution the Infrastructure in Azure and come up with an implementation plan based on technical needs of the application. We should follow the standards and practices followed by the CURO/OCM platform. Keeping in mind the scalability, security, performance attributes. Will work closely with cross-functional teams. Should be able to make and own critical technical decisions. Ensure Services are Up and running, have proper checks, automations and monitoring’s in place.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with the latest Azure features and updates and bring it to the project
- Security and compliance – ensure security practices are integrated into the DevOps pipeline, including continuous security testing and compliance with MBO’s
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the building, testing, and deployment of software
- Use code to manage and provision infrastructure, making it more reliable and repeatable
- Performance Monitoring Logging and Troubleshooting
- Be able to understand the infrastructure requirements from Architects and be able to come up with Technical Solutions keeping in mind the Scalability, Extensibility, Security, Cost etc. Come up with a plan break down the feature in workable stories. Work closely with Product and Development team
- Work collaboratively with the team and should be able to help others on technical issues
- Be able to perform debugging and fixing Infrastructure or Services related issues

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Azure administrator Associate (AZ-104) certificate
- Azure Cloud Platform and its services such as Azure networking (Virtual network, load balancer, Firewall), Azure VM, Entra ID, Azure Monitor, Application Gateway, Azure Postgres
- Azure Kubernetes Service knowledge and experience
- Terraform knowledge and experience
- GitHub Actions knowledge and experience
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and scripting languages like PowerShell
- Solid foundation in cloud computing principles, proficiency in Azure services, and expertise in areas like networking, security, and automation
- Proven curious and quick learner for Tech. Should be able to Explore and Suggest new ideas or Tech for the project
- Proven very good problem solving or debugging skills
- Proven very solid in analyzing and providing complete Technical solutions for the given problems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator
- Linux Administration, Argo, CD Helm, Templating, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, HashiCorp Vault experience
- Proven solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, effective communication and collaboration skills with fellow developers
- Proven curious and Quick learner to adapt based on Tech needs of the project and practices followed by the CURO/OCM platform. Keeping in mind the scalability, security, performance attributes. Will work closely with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to make and own critical technical decisions
- Demonstrated ability to ensure Services are Up and running, have proper checks, automations and monitoring’s in place
