Our team is passionate about creating solutions that make a difference, and we are looking for a Sr Product Manager of Product Operations to join us in driving our product strategy forward.
The Sr Product Manager of Product Operations will oversee the operational aspects of product development and management. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful execution of product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in product management, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage product operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to align product strategies and objectives
- Develop and implement operational processes to streamline product development and launch
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure timely and effective execution of product plans
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize product operations
- Conduct regular reviews of product operations to ensure compliance with company standards and goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product operations

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product operations
- 3+ years of experience working with in Jira
- 3+ years of agile experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile certification
- Scrum certification
- Proven solid leadership and team management skills
- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing product operations
- Proven analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
