Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be able to understand the Facets Delivery, Client priority and requirements
  • Applies knowledge of principles and techniques to solve technical problems
  • Be able to translate the business requirements or functional design to job design
  • Be able to design, develop solutions for inbound and outbound file functionalities using PL or SQL or Oracle or PERL
  • Be able to work on EDI transactions such as 837 and 835.
  • Be able to contribute to DevOps, CI or CD and other engineering forums
  • Be able to design and develop UI solutions using Angular
  • Be able to design and develop back-end APIs using C#
  • Be able to lead small teams of developers and QA
  • Collaborate with QA or UAT team members
  • Participate in Test Case reviews, and Production Support for incidents
  • Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization and automation
  • Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor
  • Adherence to the defined SLA Compliance etc.
  • Develop and maintain standards, common processes and best practices as per Industry standards
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Serves as a resource to others
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience
  • 5+ years of Engineering Manager or Technical Manager or Solution Architect or PO background Experience on SDLC Methodologies
  • Good end to end claim, Provider, Membership, Finance lifecycle understanding
  • Good understanding of Medicaid or Medicare line of business
  • Good understanding of Health plan set up
  • Good knowledge on US Healthcare Industry
  • Familiar with Github tools
  • Skilled with MS Office Suite, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint
  • Proven comfortable in executing basic SQL queries
  • Proven good communications skills
  • Proven good in adapting and adopting new technology footprints to optimize business solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TriZetto Facets Application experience
  • Knowledge of Kafka-streaming
  • Good understanding about the structure and significance of key or HIPAA X12 EDI transactions like 837, 277CA, 835, etc.
  • Understanding of Service Now & Production support processes

Claims:

  • Good understanding of Claims domain in Facets which includes Data Model, Core Claims processing batch jobs, Facets UI, Facets Workflow tool
  • Knowledge of NetworX pricer
  • Good understanding around Claims pricing, errors, edits, adjustments & payments
