The Operations Sr. Data Analyst role is critical to helping scope, plan and execute critical tasks and deliverables which will support our clinic’s enterprise wide and act as a bridge between the business and shared service partners. Core accountabilities of the Operations Sr. Data Analyst are:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Independently manage project timeline and associated resources seeking guidance only for support with complex issues
- Lead non-standard requests and solve complex problems to enhance infrastructure and improve connectivity across the organization
- Develop, lead and present memoranda, presentations, and reports to applicable stakeholders and leadership
- Leverage data and insights to drive business outcomes, including identifying risks and mitigation tactics
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Work effectively with other business and support units across UHG (OBC Product / Clinical, OBH Network, HCE, Etc.). The work of OBC must be deeply integrated with other businesses, initiatives, and resources across UHG
- Coaches others through example and feedback, has a contagious and positive work ethic, and models the behaviors of Genuine, Caring, Friendly
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication that is clear, well-organized, and demonstrates an understanding of audience needs.
- Acts as a resource to drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful problem solving

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare with 3+ years of progressive management experience working in a highly complex, integrated health system/behavioral health system
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience with project management, consulting, process flow development and facilitation
- 3+ years of experience with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- 1+ years of experience with behavioral healthcare concepts and practices as it relates to providers and behavioral healthcare clinics
- 1+ years of demonstrated experience with executive presence and strong organizational acumen
- 1+ years of experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization
- 1+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
- 1+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional organization and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field, or a combination of education and/or equivalent experience specifically relevant to the primary accountabilities of practice management, preferably behavioral health
- Proven ability to successfully perform in a matrix accountability structure, reporting the progress of deliverables and project updates to a national leader
- Proven track record of accomplishing work through others and inspiring others through times of ambiguity

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
