As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, automating, and maintaining reporting solutions that support the Pharmacy Network Audit team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and building scalable tools that drive business decisions.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create, generate, and distribute recurring audit recovery and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Design and develop new reports from scratch, including gathering requirements, building data models, and deploying visualizations
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Automate manual reporting processes using SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Work with less structured, more complex issues requiring innovative problem-solving approaches
- Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve with minimal direction from a supervisor
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs
- Maintain and enhance existing reporting infrastructure, including documentation and version control
- Participate in data quality initiatives and contribute to the development of data governance standards
- Support Ad-hoc data requests and exploratory analysis to inform business decisions
- Stay current with industry trends and tools in data analytics and reporting to continuously improve team capabilities

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization
- 2+ years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries and developing data-driven reports
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on interpreting and communicating data insights
- Intermediate proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare and/or pharmacy claims experience
- Experience with Microsoft Access and VBA for legacy system support
- Experience in SharePoint administration for collaboration and content management
- Proficiency with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL and data integration workflows
- Familiarity with Visual Studio Code as a development environment for scripting and automation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
