Primary Responsibilities:
- Be able to work and execute in ambiguous/start from scratch environments
- Drive execution of key projects from planning through delivery – ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Enablement to align goals, scope, and success metrics
- Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and operating models that improve sales effectiveness and team collaboration
- Track project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues – escalating when needed to keep initiatives on track
- Prepare and deliver executive-level updates, project plans, and status reports to leadership
- Contribute to the long-term roadmap by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and helping prioritize future initiatives
- Ensure documentation, governance, and knowledge transfer are in place for all completed projects
- Change Management – be able to drive and manage change at LoB Level
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or strategic operations
- People and stakeholder management experience
- Solid experience in Program Management, resource estimation and planning, Risk Management, operating models etc. Program mange and execute strategic initiatives for the Sales organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like Teams or SharePoint
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Proven solid organizational skills with a structured approach to planning, execution, and stakeholder management
- Proven excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working directly with senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant Certifications like – PMP/ PgMP/CSM/Agile SaFE
- Experience in US healthcare, consulting, or enterprise sales environments
- Knowledge of project financials /CBA
- Familiarity with sales operations, enablement, or transformation programs
- Exposure to change management, process design, or business transformation initiatives
