Primary Responsibilities:
· Planned and conducted requirements elicitation meetings with the business to collect functional and non-functional requirements relating to client’s Salesforce technology enhancement and initiatives.
· Conducted brainstorming sessions with the development team to actively involve them during the requirements stage level analysis.
· Worked towards preparation of requirements management plan, business and functional requirement documents.
· Created data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to facilitate better system understanding.
· Follow project plans for executing projects using Agile as well as Waterfall
· Methodologies to ensure the project are delivered on time and beyond customer expectations.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Document the various project artifacts to ensure that these are following best practices and are delivered to the customer on time.
· Ability to define the Application Intent & Artifacts.
· Designing and providing scalable solution for Applications & practice needs
· Strong Salesforce experience in customization
· Strong Experience in Building Integrations
· Managing & Mentoring Scrum Team and Project Team
· Building Capability Decks for the practice
· Willingness to take up development work on Demand.
· Representing Offshore Team
· You have experience managing and/or leading a team, as well as juggling many projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical field OR equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of Java development experience
- Experience performing code reviews
- Solid experience with RESTful principles and/or web services
- Experience with Modern continuous integration, build, version control tools
- Experience with Design Patterns and good design principles
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Solid understanding of Testing practices, mocking, TDD
- Good understanding of good coding principles
- Familiarity with dependency injection / inversion of control, Familiarity with general database principles and ORM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
· 7+ years of overall experience in Software Development
· 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
· 3+ years of leadership experience managing Agile & Project teams
· Proficient in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio
· Strong experience with AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), and SQL for data manipulation
· Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM using Marketing Cloud Connect
· Knowledge of data modeling, segmentation, and audience targeting strategies
· Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for custom integrations
· Understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email deliverability best practices
· Experience with multi-channel campaign execution and performance analytics
· Ability to gather and translate marketing requirements into technical solutions
· Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification (must-have)
· Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification (preferStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
