Positions in this function will be involved in assessment, facilitation and organization of the business training needs. Part of the responsibilities include but not limited to preparation and creation of training materials, conducting needs analysis, managing performance both in class and in steady state business, reporting, and handling/ initiating self or team projects. The Operational Trainer will report to a Training Manager.
As a Senior Operational Trainer, you will train talented individuals and exceptional professionals! This a great opportunity to effective the delivery of training programs across a Fortune 25 Organization. We’re looking for individuals who keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in specific areas of expertise. This will encompass training of one functional area such as Claims or Customer Service individuals in the Training Delivery Operational functions and could include some aspects of the design process and training material as needed. We are looking for someone who has extensive work experience in a highly matrix organization across multiple functions. When not in training you will assist the manager of the department with department activities and act as a resource to the team.
Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
- College Graduate/ Highschool Graduate/ SHS Graduate (Any course or Equivalent experience)
- 12+months of training experience, at least 12+ months RCM Experience (US Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management)
- Dignity Specific tools
- Quality Tools
- Amenable to work onsite (Muntinlupa City, Makati City & Quezon City)
Core Competencies:
- Facilitation Skills: Ability to lead engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and virtually
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication tailored to diverse audiences
- Presentation Skills: Confident delivery using various formats (slides, demos, role-play, etc.)
- Technical Skills are a plus: general office tools, adult learning understanding, teaching principles
