We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Manager to lead our enterprise reporting initiatives using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. This role is ideal for a leader who can drive data transformation, manage delivery risks, and align cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and insightful reporting solutions. The candidate will oversee a team of developers and analysts, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting systems using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
• Manage and mentor a team of Power BI developers, and analysts
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and business teams to align reporting with data pipelines and governance standards
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Oversee integration of data from Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Databricks, and other cloud platforms
• Drive adoption of best practices in DAX optimization, semantic modeling, and workspace governance
• Manage delivery risks and ensure compliance with enterprise data security and privacy standards
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in BI and data analytics, with 5+ years in Power BI
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including workspace management, semantic modeling, and integration pipelines
• Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivery pipelines
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD for BI deployments
• Expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms
• Solid proficiency in Python and Azure Databricks
• Proven excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power BI and/or Fabric certification
• Experience in managing offshore/onshore delivery models
• Familiarity with enterprise data governance frameworks
