Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain healthcare applications and components including:
• Participate in all phases of software engineering:
• Requirements analysis
• Application design
• Code development
• Testing and deployment
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every two weeks
• Apply object-oriented principles and design patterns to build robust and scalable systems
• Contribute across the full software product lifecycle: from prototyping and architecture to deployment
• Define and drive improvements in code quality, automation, code coverage, and inspection processes
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Mentor developers on coding standards, problem-solving, and application architecture
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech or equivalent degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Solid hands-on experience with:
  • Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices
  • ETL technologies
  • Frontend technologies like React and Angular
  • Experience on GoLang/Node is highly recomonded
• Knowledge of Browser-based single-page applications (SPAs)
• Knowledge of Micro frontends
• Knowledge of Microservices
• Knowledge of Orchestrated workflows
• Solid understanding of:
  • Multithreading programming
  • Memory management
  • Unit testing frameworks
• Proficiency in:
  • Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
  • GitHub, Docker, and Maven
