As the Data Reporting Manager, you will be the main point of contact for all state-mandated reports. Using your solid program management background and attention to detail, you and your team will work cross-functionally to pull ideate, develop, review, gain approval, and submit all regulated deliverables.

If you are located in Albuquerque, NM, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and own regulatory reporting process across program, including but not limited to the coordination, quality review, and submission of data and reports to state regulator
  • Produce reporting for health plan operations, ad hoc regulator requests and audits
  • Communicate professionally with regulator and field reporting questions, comments or concerns
  • Project-manage deliverables based on due dates from state regulator
  • Lead data and reporting function for health plan; be the expert on data sources, data fields and analytic capabilities
  • Act as main point of contact for national UHC reporting teams in reference to New Mexico deliverable
  • Demonstrate ability to problem solve with minimum direction from supervisor
  • Write business requirements for reporting intake requests
  • Work with applicable business partners to obtain information relevant to deliverables; influence functional teams to produce high-quality, timely deliverables
  • Perform analytic tasks such as payment calculations, financial analysis, performance benchmarking, quality measure calculations, trend analysis, health disparity analysis, monitoring reports, case matching and program integrity analysis
  • Perform fast-paced ad-hoc analysis to address health plan needs quickly
  • Lead Reporting Analyst in data collection, analysis design, research and data issues
  • Accurately forecast, plan, and track deliverable performance targets

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in project/program management experience
  • 3+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines

  • Team lead or project lead experience
  • Knowledge of Medicaid population
  • Advanced level proficiency in Excel
  • Proven extreme attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification or Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience working with MCO
  • Experience submitting deliverables to state regulator on a large program
  • Experience with Tableau as end user
  • Background in Managed Care
  • Willing or ability to travel to New Mexico up to 10% of the time

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
