We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Data Analyst with extensive knowledge of OptumRx Pharmacy Operations, specifically within the Home Delivery Pharmacy (HDP) and OptumRx Specialty business areas. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of pharmacy order management, prescription fulfillment workflows, and data analytics, enabling the delivery of actionable insights that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in OptumRx business operations, with a primary focus on Home Delivery Pharmacy (HDP) and OptumRx Specialty services
• Analyze and interpret operational, financial, and performance data related to prescription processing, order fulfillment, and pharmacy operations
• Utilize IRIS (Integrated Rx Information System) to conduct data analysis, identify trends, troubleshoot operational issues, and support business initiatives
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the end-to-end Order Cycle Management process, including prescription intake, validation, adjudication, dispensing, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery
• Collaborate with business and operations stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies
• Design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using modern business intelligence tools
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to improve service levels, productivity, and customer experience
• Leverage advanced analytics platforms to extract, transform, analyze, and visualize large and complex datasets
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, Technology, and Business functions to deliver impactful analytical solutions and reporting capabilities
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working with IRIS (Integrated Rx Information System)
• Solid understanding of OptumRx Pharmacy Operations, with proven expertise in Home Delivery Pharmacy (HDP) & OptumRx Specialty Operations
• Comprehensive knowledge of Prescription Processing workflows, Order Cycle Management and Pharmacy Fulfillment Center Operations
• Advanced proficiency in - Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, MSBI
• Solid SQL skills with the ability to perform complex data analysis and data validation
• Proven excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to convert complex business requirements into meaningful analytical insights and reporting solutions
• Proven solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), or Pharmacy Operations Analytics
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics, reporting, and data-driven transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of operational KPIs, productivity metrics, service-level reporting, and performance management within pharmacy operations
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, data warehousing concepts, and ETL/ELT processes
