Job Summary
LSA Technology Services is looking for an enthusiastic team member for its Technology Library team to provide more complex equipment loan support to faculty, students and staff, consult with faculty regarding the use of equipment in their courses, and provide support and training for associate level staff.

Responsibilities*
- Maintenance of Technology Library Equipment, including testing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment; management of equipment and Technology Library functionality in our Service Centers on the Central Campus of the University of Michigan Ann Arbor;
- Customer Support, including assistance with circulation needs, equipment orientation, and providing reference for equipment use, processing Technology Library requests through the ticketing system and customer portal.
- Operations support, including assisting students and student coordinators in after-hours operations, and supporting Media Rooms in the Media Center.
Required Qualifications*
- High School or equivalent education and 1 year of experience
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work well without direct supervision
- Beginner knowledge of some audio/video and/or computing equipment
Work Schedule
This position is for 20hr/week for 12 months with the schedule:
Fall/Winter Semesters Monday-Thursday 3-8pm.
Spring/Summer Semesters Monday-Thursday 12-5pm
This position is an in-person position.

Background Screening
