Job Summary
The Marsal Family School of Education is looking for a motivated Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone for Life-Changing Education, the Presidential Initiative for the 2025-2026 academic year, and explore what makes learning transformative. The Project Manager will coordinate across LCE's Four Ways framework - Open Inquiry, Access, Campus of the Future, and Sharing Scholarship - ensuring that programs, grants, and convenings are seamlessly integrated and documented.

Responsibilities*
- Provide programmatic support for our events and grant programs in consultation with Life-Changing Education leadership; organize and execute such programs for greater efficiency and impact.
- Administer competitive grant programs tied to LCE priorities, including application intake, review coordination, award management, and reporting.
- Develop and manage relationships with internal units and external organizations and individuals to support Life-Changing Education programming and opportunities.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders through carefully written materials with minimal need for editing from Life-Changing Education leadership.
- Manage events. Organize and support public events on Life-Changing Education, collaborating closely with the Marsal Education Marketing & Communications teams and other University partners.
- Oversee communications. Provide guidance to our Marketing Communications Specialist for promotional assets, website content creation and updates, and support broader communications and outreach to our stakeholders.
- Administration and management. Consult with Life-Changing Education leadership about the initiative's strategic direction and plans; develop and maintain administrative systems and processes; prepare draft budgets and manage financial information; and functionally supervise the Marketing Communications Specialist.
Support Marsal Leadership Priorities: Partner with the Marsal Chief of Staff to provide coordination and capacity for high-priority school initiatives, ensuring that insights and systems developed through LCE strengthen Marsal's ability to support cross-campus initiatives.
Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in research and program administration
- A passion for education and transformative learning
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Experience in event planning and management
- Demonstrated experience writing and communicating with different audiences and stakeholders
