We are seeking a full time or part time (24 - 40 hours) dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our neurological and specialty-based outpatient therapy clinic. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients with complex conditions and contributing to clinical excellence and team growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in accordance with departmental policies and professional standards.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Actively seek and provide feedback to support continuous clinical improvement.
  • Share expertise through in-services, case discussions, and educational sessions.
  • Support quality improvement efforts and assist with program development.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • A skilled clinician with experience treating a wide range of complex patient cases.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for mentorship and professional growth.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of intervention options and executes a program of skilled physical therapy intervention.
  • Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) certification is highly preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
Experience: 6 months relevant experience
Licensure: Licensed to practice in Physical Therapy in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.

NCS preferred


PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires standing for prolonged periods and frequently bending/stooping/traveling. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 – 50lbs. May be exposed to blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
