Job Title: School Systems and Process Manager
Location: Charlottesville, VA (On-site minimum 3 days/week)
Position Summary
The School Systems and Process Manager works closely with functional leaders, institutional units, and subject matter experts in documenting school requirements, creating training materials, and conducting user acceptance testing across IT development, software integration, and configuration projects. Acting as a liaison between business and technology, this role requires creative problem solving, impeccable communication, and attention to detail. This individual also serves as the point-and-click administrator and configurator of key systems.
Salary Range 80-90k yearly
Responsibilities
Collaborate with functional leaders, institutional units, and subject matter experts to describe, log, track, and manage feature requests and enhancements
Identify and resolve data and support issues across platform integrations
Provide timely reporting and planning support to school staff and faculty

Oversee attestations and monthly user reviews of platforms supporting Batten’s mission, including:
Slate – Admissions application process management
Stellic – Student advising support
Salesforce – Multi-use data/process management across school units
Marketing Cloud – Email campaign automation and personalization
Graduway – Alumni and student services (directory, mentoring, job board)
iWave – Donor identification and qualification
Monday.com – Project and workflow tracking
Trumba – Internal event registration management
Support the Batten Data Team with use and oversight of Power Platform and Fabric for data capture, storage, and analytics
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of enterprise system management and/or developer experience
Experience managing project and product life cycles and/or relevant certifications
Understanding of data governance and management principles
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience training users and driving system adoption
Availability to work on-site in Charlottesville at least 3 days per week
Desired Qualifications
Experience in higher education environments
Background in education systems or data management
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and/or Power Platform
Understanding of Salesforce administration/development and Lightning Components
