Recruitment Coordinator, School of Continuing and Professional Studies

Responsibilities:
- Support and manage all aspects of SCPS recruitment efforts across our programs, which include bachelor’s degree completion, professional certificates, a master’s in public safety, and other career accelerators.
- Serve as a key point of contact for prospective students and provide them with detailed, program-specific information via zoom, email, phone, and other platforms.
- Organize and run virtual information sessions for prospective students, and represent SCPS at recruitment fairs.
- Manage a prospective student caseload, making regular and timely outreach to prospects to encourage application submission, matriculation and eventual enrollment.
- Track all interactions with prospective students in the School’s CRM.
- Work closely with members of the Student Services and Enrollment Management team, including pre-admission advising and financial aid.
- Collaborate across departments, including with academic programs and marketing, to provide the highest level of student support.
- Additional responsibilities within SSEM as needed.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience. This position is eligible for remote or hybrid work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of three years of experience in student services, admissions, recruitment or related field
- Experience with Slate or other CRMs strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work select evenings or weekends for webinars and other student needs
- Experience maintaining or building organized workflows and processes
- Ability to meet competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to keep an eye on the big picture
- A belief in the mission of SCPS to help working adults finish their degrees and advance their careers.

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
