Quality Reporting Assistant (Staff Wage)

The Department of Neurosurgery seeks a part-time Quality Reporting Assistant. This position supports neurosurgery clinical research on patient outcomes in initiatives to improve patient care quality. Hours are flexible 20-30 hours per week. Position can be performed mostly remote; however, there may be times when the position would have to report in-person.
Duties include:
• Abstracting medical information from patient records
• Interacting with patients to complete questionnaires
• Entering data in national database
Anticipated Compensation: $18.00 -$28.00 per hour

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience: Equivalent experience/course work will be considered in lieu of degree.
Licensure: None
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
