- Performs physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech language pathology evaluations according to professional standards and departmental policy.
- Demonstrates knowledge of intervention options and executes a program of skilled physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech language pathology intervention.
- Participates in professional growth activities.
- May actively participate in quality improvement and program development.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
For Physical Therapy:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
Experience: 1 year relevant experience
Licensure: Licensed to practice in Physical Therapy in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
For Occupational Therapy:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
Experience: 1 year relevant experience
Licensure: Licensed to practice in Occupational Therapy in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required
For Speech Language Pathology:
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Certifications: Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Virginia. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires standing for prolonged periods and frequently bending/stooping/traveling. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 – 50lbs. May be exposed to blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
