Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to a senior executive leader at UVA Health.
- Manage executive correspondence and communications, including letters, memos, email, phone calls, and other incoming information.
- Maintain and coordinate the executive’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events, collaborating with staff and stakeholders to ensure they run efficiently and effectively.
- Manage office operations, including ordering equipment and supplies and supporting day-to-day oversight of the departmental budget.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems to ensure efficient information flow and accessibility.
- Assist with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide additional administrative support and special project coordination as needed.

- Experience supporting executive-level leadership in a complex organization is preferred.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Five years of experience in administrative support role
Licensure: None
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
The starting base rate for this role is $25.72 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.Benefits
