The Data Analyst for Hospitality & Support Services (HASS) plays a critical role in supporting the operational, financial, and strategic needs of Security, Food & Nutrition Services (FNS), Environmental Services (EVS), and other HASS functions. This position is responsible for data auditing, financial processing support, ePro management, and reporting across multiple service lines.

The analyst partners closely with operational leaders to ensure data integrity, improve workflows, and deliver actionable insights that enhance efficiency, compliance, and the overall patient and guest experience. This role also provides flexible analytical support for emerging priorities across HASS, contributing to continuous improvement and effective resource management.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Audit, validate, and maintain operational and financial data across HASS departments
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, and tracking tools for departmental leadership
  • Analyze trends, identify variances, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for reporting and decision-making
  • Respond to routine and ad hoc data requests from HASS leadership

Financial & Procurement Support

  • Audit and process invoices in support of departmental financial operations
  • Prepare and manage ePro requisitions and procurement-related documentation
  • Assist with expense tracking, financial reconciliation, and budget monitoring
  • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and other internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices and purchasing

Revenue & Compliance Support

  • Support revenue tracking, reconciliation, and documentation processes for applicable HASS operations
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of records and audit trails
  • Assist with compliance monitoring related to financial and operational processes
  • Identify discrepancies or process concerns and escalate appropriately

Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Evaluate workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Assist with implementation and optimization of reporting tools, systems, and operational processes
  • Develop standard work documentation, job aids, and reporting procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with leaders and staff across multiple departments to support operational goals

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
Experience: 3 years relevant experience
Licensure: None

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires sitting for prolonged periods; Repetitive motion: Typing. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly.

The starting base rate for this role is $65,000.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
