Individual contributors who provide support to an organization, often in direct service, operational, technical or administrative functions. Spends majority of time in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision. Opportunities for progression outside this career stream are typically limited without additional education or significant training and experience.

Fully competent and productive individual contributor. Works under moderate supervision. Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. Makes minor adjustments to working methods. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in a clinical setting (hospital, surgery center or ambulatory clinic) in administrative or clinical roles

Licensure: None required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.

The starting base rate for this role is $15.68 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
