Divisional Business Contingency and Resiliency Senior Manager

The Senior Manager, Divisional Business Continuity & Resiliency will lead teams who develop and facilitate the divisional business resiliency programs and partner with internal stakeholders across the enterprise to promote the strategic direction and plans to ensure business continuity, cyber resiliency, and effective emergency management.
The Divisional Business Continuity & Resiliency Senior Manager:
- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Develops business continuity, cyber resiliency and disaster recovery plans; oversees testing and emergency response. Guides the selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the business within a recovery time objective.
- Acts as a primary point of contact for senior management and oversees business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning, cyber resiliency interim business solutions and disaster-preparedness planning. Provides support and expertise during live events.
- Conducts, communicates, and maintains business continuity lifecycle planning and business impact analysis. Identifies and quantifies the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios. Presents business continuity and resiliency issues and provides consulting services and direction to senior management.
- Monitors and reports on the compliance of business continuity and resiliency processes, readiness, events and exercise results. Supports enterprise and senior management in relationships with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues. Creates risk exposure metrics and reports on risk and metrics to senior management.
- Develops, enhances, and disseminates information on continuity and resiliency processes, standards and initiatives. Creates trainings and directs the use of approved contingency planning tools and plans.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
What it takes:
- Minimum of eight years related work experience. Five years of business contingency or disaster recovery management experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
- Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) (CBCP) or Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) is preferred, Associate Business Continuity Professional (ACBP) (ABCP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (CISSP), or progress towards business continuity planning certification is preferred.
Additional preferred skill set:
- Cyber Resiliency knowledge or experience.
- Retirement Plans knowledge or experience.
- Strong Data Analytic skills; ability to create pivot tables.
