Investment Stewardship Operations, Lead Analyst

Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Work along with the leadership team to set and execute the vision for governance and proxy voting platforms. Forecast and track proxy vote volumes and company meetings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams (Voting and Engagement, Fund Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance) and external custodians to ensure seamless operations.
- Risk & Control Oversight: Establish and monitor control frameworks. Identifies trends, investigate anomalies in proxy voting processes and escalate issues appropriately.
- Proxy Voting Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of proxy voting mechanics to resolve ballot issues and improve governance outcomes.
- Coaching & Enablement: Educate stakeholders on risk flags and control triggers. Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Minimum of five years related work experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
